An account with FINTNEWYORK.COM allows you to save your shipping information and track orders as they are delivered to you. To create an account simply place the item/s that you’d like to buy in your shopping cart and follow the instructions during checkout.

Shipping
FINTNEWYORK.COM provides free standard domestic shipping and returns on all orders UPS (United Parcel Service) in addition to pay select shipping of your choice.
Shipping procedures for domestic orders within the United States
Orders placed with FINTNEWYORK.COM will be shipped out on the same day or the following business day (Monday – Friday). We do ship on Saturday.
Packages are delivered Monday – Saturday). Please take into consideration when calculating delivery times. Most orders ship within one business day.
Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive or otherwise selected.
Packages are only shipped Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays.
FINTNEWYORK.COM DO NOT ship orders to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address.
Arrival times are estimates and are not guaranteed as the actual ship date depends on final approval from Credit Card Companies or receipt of payment by FINTNEWYORK.COM.

Returns
FINTNEWYORK.COM provides free returns.
We hope you’ll be pleased with each and every item you buy here at FINTNEWYORK.COM. However, we will be happy to process a return for you at no additional charge if needed. Please refer to the following procedures and policies when making a return.
Locate your FINTNEWYORK.COM paperwork and be sure to put it inside the appropriate UPS (United Parcel Service) box or your own box with your return merchandise along with your receipt of purchase. If you can’t find your paperwork, print out a copy of your FINTNEWYORK.COM order confirmation and it will work just as well. After return item is packed and sealed please give package to any UPS retail location for shipment. You can also schedule a pick up at your place of residence or business. When shipping your returns simply give the UPS partner or location our company name (FINTNEWYORK.COM) and our account number and let her/him know you are doing a return that will be paid for by FINTNEWYORK.COM account.

Package your return item/s and FINTNEWYORK.COM paperwork together. Please contact us at care@fintnewyork.com for any questions.
Once your return package arrives at our returns department, please allow up to two days for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.
To be eligible for return, items must be returned with all tags still attached. Items that appear to be worn washed or damaged are not eligible for return and will not be refunded. Some personal items, such as underwear, cannot be returned, and will be clearly labeled on the website as non-refundable.

Exchanges
FINTNEWYORK.COM do not process exchange. All items mailed back to our return department will be processed as refunds. If you need an exchange, we recommend that you mail your return item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order for the new merchandise that you’d like to purchase.

Payment Options and Tax
At this time, FINTNEWYORK.COM accepts only credit cards, debit cards and PayPal as payments for orders placed with FINTNEWYORK.COM. You may shop with any of these major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Debit cards are welcome as long as a Visa or MasterCard logo appears on the front of the card. Gift cards and prepaid credit cards are usually accepted, but not always. If we cannot process your card, for any reason, we will notify you.

Sales Tax
FINTNEWYORK.COM will add sales tax to your purchase where appropriate. If your order is being shipped to an APO/FPO address, no sales tax will be applied.

Inventory
Not seeing your item of choice or item is sold out.
If an item is sold out or size is not in stock please contact us at care@fintnewyork.com so we can contact our vendors to check their inventory and we will notify you if we are able to get the item and size of your choice.
